We invest across all development stages and in all treatment modalities, from small molecules to cell and gene therapy, but favor capital efficiency, reasonably understood disease biology, clear development pathways, and experimental medicines that promise to bring great value to society.
We expect management teams to be prepared to answer the following four questions:

– is there a strong commercial rationale for your product?
Can you develop it?
– is the development path known and capital-efficient?
Can you make it?
– can the manufacturing process be industrialized?
Can you understand it?
– is the underlying disease biology reasonably understood?
